يعد هذا النظام أداة للربط بين المرشحين والناخبين عن طريق المفاتيح الانتخابية التي تمتلك خبرة واسعة في متطلبات الانتخابات بالإضافة لمعارفهم وقدرتهم على الاقناع، مما يؤهلهم للعب دور رئيسي في عملية نجاح المرشحين .
يقوم النظام بدمج التكنولوجيا بالمهمة الرئيسية للمفتاح الانتخابي من خلال توفير له قوائم انتخابية وامكانية البحث عن الناخبين واضافتهم اليها، بالإضافة إلى قابليتها لاختيار نسب التأكد من تصويت كل ناخب للمرشح الذي يدعمه المفتاح الانتخابي مما يوفر للمرشح احصائية كاملة تمكنه من معرفة مدى نسبة نجاحه.

KWEKS System and Mobile Apps is the First specialized Polls & survey system with Mobile Apps to Organize Election campaigns in Kuwait, we have initiated to build this solution as per the field study of the market and its needs, this solution which seems simple is requested by the candidates whose running for elections in the phases of Pre-planning & planning Election campaigns to build and maintain their networks with candidate, keys, groups & subkeys inputs of the voters who will vote for them with different percentages and show the candidate the strength and the weakness points of his campaign to work over it.

The current application features are as below:

1- Arabic user interface.
2- Multirole login (login as candidate, key or subkey)
3- Candidate can have access to build their network for 1 campaign or more
4- Candidate can search, add, edit & delete keys, groups & subkeys 
5- Search, add, edit & delete voters & provide the percentage of the insured vote from predefined values (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%).
